2026 Training Schedule

From Ohio to Arizona, people across the country are implementing strategies to notice and prevent political violence, and make it backfire when it does happen. Join these organizers and members of the HOPE team this fall to learn about political violence and repression, how they work, and how communities in the U.S. and beyond have used nonviolent tactics to make political violence backfire.

These trainings will focus specifically on political violence in the context of the 2026 midterm elections, but the strategies can be used long after. By attending, you'll receive resources to understand how political violence is leveraged during elections, tools to implement backfire strategies in your own town or city, and join a national network of leaders dedicated to ensuring safety in every community.
